Output formatting improvement ideas

Pretty much what it says on the tin. The output works but is pretty plain, especially for the .fmk command recently added. Some ideas to get us started on brainstorming:

• Italicize series/franchise name
• Colorize characters' names
• Deemphasize series/franchise name with color (hard to make it work on both light and dark backgrounds, but we could just say "light bg users can get bent")
• Bold certain elements? Names?
