Page 2 make provider table selectable instead of using dropdown

Currently on the LAD page we use a dropdown for users to search and select the provider they're interested in:

The FE team would like the provider table rows themselves to be selectable, similar to how the first page works (though likely with only a single selection rather than multiple):

None, it's probably either a choice of leave as is or to make it selectable.
