thanks for your hint. I'm just a user too but I found a small workaround. I just added in custom css: .cn-close-icon { display: none; }
to hide the icon, because there are the buttons for allowing and declining cookies, so I think I don't need it.
But I think too, that allowing tracking by default is the wrong behaviour.

closing the Banner over "x" sets it to "Tracking Allowed". Default Behavior should be "No Tracking allowed"
