Faceted or multi-hierarchy folders instead of just Tags #141

Tags often ends up in a big mess. It would be nice to have:

hints, auto classification
multi-folders / concerns / facets to better organize

Also where are tags stored?
Could they be stored into the bookmarks "notes": Tag:Idea,tag2 ...
