you guys should allow for the bookmarks to be organized by the folder structure. this means that if someone adds to a common bookmarks folder, it becomes visible for everyone using the same bookmark. Potentially you could have a highlight on top like news; latest bookmark.. A whole company working with bookmarks can then start sharing resources.
