Objectives:

Create an ALB that will listen on port 443
Traffic shoud be redirected to containers running on ECS
Load Balancer is publicly acessible

Acceptance Criteria:

Accessing the load balancer URL will reach the wordpress container
Security Group associated is only allowing connection on port 443
