P20 Survey and Subnational data does not show up - error page #495

Describe the Issue
When you go on http://data.devinit.org/global-picture/poverty and click on P20 - subnational level or P20 - survey level, you get a screen saying 'An unexpected error has occurred.'

To Reproduce
Replace the content below with the steps to reproduce the behaviour.

  1. Go to http://data.devinit.org/global-picture/poverty
  2. Click on P20 subnational level or P20 survey level
  3. See error

Expected Behaviour
The map showing the p20 at subnational or survey level should appear.

@claradevinit have uploaded the fix to the staging environment. You can continue your analysis from there until I update the live version.
