User Story

As a devfile maintainer I want there to be no linkage between testing content and live content, so that none of the test cases break on live changes.

We have sample entries in our test devfile registry, they refer to the live sample repositories used in the community devfile registry. This could cause testing to break in some cases. To workaround this, I propose we fix all references to both the sample revisions (instead of point to the main branch) and parent stack versions to prevent parent changes from breaking testing as well.
