NET installation: PerformRequest:98: Failed to retrieve HTTP Header: Couldn't connect to server #167

Describe the bug (mandatory)
Trying to install a game via the network, I see what I'm trying to install on the switch, select it, start it, and wait a few minutes for this error to popup: PerformRequest:98: Failed to retrieve HTTP Header: Couldn't connect to server

Information about environment (mandatory):

  • OS: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS x86_64
  • Java version
    openjdk version "21.0.4" 2024-07-16
    OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 21.0.4+7-Ubuntu-1ubuntu222.04)
    OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 21.0.4+7-Ubuntu-1ubuntu222.04, mixed mode, sharing)

This is how I started it and its logs

java -jar Downloads/ns-usbloader-7.1.jar
Sept. 18, 2024 11:43:26 PM com.sun.javafx.application.PlatformImpl startup

I can confirm I have the same issue

on Windows, if needed I can provide jdk/java versions but I'm not on my pc right now

Ok, will check this. Thanks!

So there is definitely something wrong with firewall settings. So solution of this could be like more clear and exhaustive error message.
