Redesign of the web schedule page

For next version I'd like to discuss redesigning the schedule page. This is just where I'm going to put notes for now.

Note to self: I wonder why we're separating the various talks/workshops into separate tabs anyway rather than just creating an additional 'filter' for 'type' and having everything by default be on a single tab.... something to consider for the future.

for devconf it has sense, because there is too much rooms so its better to have them split somehow (otherwise there are too much columns with too narrow blocks)
