Is this display driver compatible with LVGL/Squareline GUI creation tools? If so how to integrate both in one firmware?

You'd better ask it in a forked repo https://github.com/russhughes/st7789_mpy
It has some improvements over the current version and maybe it can work with the tool you mentioned
