Tile 11736 from 20250121 has spurious redshifts in Petal 1

I marked tile 11736 as unsure because of spurious redshifts in petal 1 at z=0.15, 1.6 and 5. It appears to be caused by issues in z1, as is obvious in the sky residual plot, although I'm not sure what's causing it.

FWIW, CTE often looks like this due to being a ~constant offset that then gets larger towards the edges when dividing by the flat field. But that doesn't appear as a one-off; I don't know what's up with this one.

Tiles 1335 and 2113 from 20250122 appear to suffer from the same problem.
