TYPO3 list_type will sooner or later be removed. Therefore, all plugins should be migrated to CType. A update wizard must be available to migrate existing content elements.

Use AbstractListTypeToCTypeUpdate from https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/86253

[!!!][TASK] Migrate plugins to content elements

All existing plugins have been migrated to content elements.
The included update wizard must be executed in order to
migrate existing plugins and permissions.

Closes #1189
