Hello. Is there posibility to use that adapter with The A500 mini ? What firmware i need to put inside ?

The original game controller is connected to the A500 mini via USB, so I think it's possible, but I'm not absolutely sure.

The FIrmware was part of the original adpater under forum64.de, here You'll find it.
