Freeze analysis from top down view with opto cables

Hi! I have some behavioral videos and I want to assess freezing. The animals are hooked up to opto cables and the video is recorded from above--I saw that the freezing module isn't compatible with this set up. Is there any work around? Thanks so much!

There are two potential options. The simplest is to use the location tracking module and then pass the variable that tracks distance to the freeze analysis module. This depends upon tracking working well with your particular videos. Why don't you test and see if the location tracking module works for your videos and provided that works, I can explain next steps.
