Hi! I tried using the Batch Location Tracking script on 16 .mp4 video files. When they finished running and I looked at the motion traces, it seems like there is tracking happening in a region that I did exclude in Step 4. Do you know why this may be happening and how I could fix it? I appreciate your help! Below are some photos of what I had excluded, and a couple of the motion traces:

Did you try processing this video individually and watching the video output? My guess is that there is a portion of the video where the animal is not in the field of view, or the tracking parameters chosen resulted in 'erasure' of the animal. This can lead to the location being set to some fairly random locations.
