[Enhancement] Improve "Error: Provided files could not be validated" error message #37

Motivation / Problem

The message alone doesn't provide enough context to solve the problem without looking into the code.

Add a hint that the files endpoint is probably not reachable or rejects the request.

Abrom8 added the Type: Enhancement label
