Can you publish v1.0.4 on DockerHub ?

The currently max version available is v0.8.0

I have same bug as #246 for the Delta protocol version.

Also, does the Databricks proprietary Delta Sharing server support more that version 2?

Good morning,

An update to that, we got both 0.7.8 and 1.0.5 as binaries for delta sharing server. Can we get both docker images as currently we have only 0.7.8?
Moreover can you publish the dockerfile?
