Currently test compiles only work with the DCC32 compiler. Add support for DCC64 where available.

Maybe one for next major release.

This definitely won't be implemented in v4.

Hmm. Since CodeSnip 5 development has been abandoned, this feature may now be considered for CodeSnip 4.

Back to the consideration stage!
