[Plugins] Add ability to automatically delete AsyncOperation job after it finishes #63

When you register plugins in the "old fashioned way", you can set a flag that says "Delete AsyncOperation if StatusCode = Successful".

A customer is requesting that this be done, so as to not fill up the log with old Async jobs.
