Allow user to input a custom list of specific haloes with masses and redshifts

We will already have masses adn redshifts generated from distribution, but a user may want to input their own halo list with those properties.

Add a function and the appropriate information in the yaml configuration to permit this.

We still need to design exactly how this work: e.g., will the configuration file contain filepath?
