mmcv version problem

I tried installing mmcv and mmdet in order to train scrfd, but it always turns out to be errors.
env info is as followed:
python3.8, torch1.12.0, cuda11.6.
It reminds me that mmcv version should be between 1.1.5 and 1.4, while mine was 1.7. When I tried to install previous version of mmcv with mim and pip, it turns out to be errors.
