I just sent some dcr and realized the txid should be logged similar to ticket txids when bought or revocations when revoked.

I just realized this is logged as debug.
screens DEBUG sendClicked(679) sending 1.000000 to TsnnaRwSAkoHpYnm4X5XjseUJMWLhfnZJcD
Maybe just change to info can solve this issue.
