[QA] Emote wheel | Pressing 'E' on the emote wheel has inconsistencies

📔 Issue Description:

When opening the emote wheel with the E and editing an emote shows the emote section while opening the emotes without editing just opens the wearables menu section

STR:

1. Open 0.54.0
2. Go to the emote wheel
3. Open the emote section
4. Check that the wearables section appears
5. Close the emote wheel
6. Check that when pressing E to open the wheel again and edit the emotes the emote section appears

✔️ Expected Result:

No inconsistencies should appear when opening or editing an emote section

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

Pressing 'E' on the emote wheel has inconsistencies
