[DAO Landing] Update Overview link in main nav component #1881

Currently the Overview section links to the Governance homepage. After the release of the new DAO Landing, it should direct to dao.decentraland.org

The copy should read:
Title: Overview
Description: Learn more about the DAO and what it does for the Decentraland ecosystem

The DAO Docs section should also be updated:
Title: Docs
Description: Read more about how the DAO works and how to participate
