We could add a key to the start of a report file that lists the tools/fields that have been processed. Each permutation will have a unique color in the colorDict dictionary.

The datafile.export() should take an optional parameter for includeKey

If includeKey is true, the produce an <ol> structure containing each key in the dictionary, with a background highlighted in the relevant color
