Updates:
- 2nd best deadline will get queued and committed, in case that best deadline does not get confirmed.
Or in other words, best not confirmed deadline will no longer block next best from getting committed.
This should ensure to get as much shares on pool mining as possible. - Updated libs to current versions (including latest jocl lib, hopefully not causing older gpu's not working 'again')
- Some minor changes to prevent useless / obfuscated error messages

The miner can handle unlimited high nonce addresses now,
the Burstcoin Wallet is limited 2x Long.MAX_VALUE (18446744073709551614).
The property 'listPlotFiles=true' will also list the number of blocks mined by
a plot-file and the number of drive seeks/chunks, if a walletServer/soloServer is configured.

Fixed smaller bugs and stuck issue while solo-mining
Added debug mode (will e.g. list incomplete plot-files)

#15 prevent wallet from stuck on solo-mining e.g. on slow blocks/no open gui
#16 writing logfile as optional feature
#17 stop using jocl 0.2.0 as long as there is no performance improvement
#19 provide info about 'incomplete' plot-files
#20 enable selection logLevel DEBUG for users that are interested in more details
