In a dual screen setup ddterm drops down as expected on the main monitor, and as expected will change to the second screen when mouse pointer is at the second screen. however the window will not move back to the main screen even when mouse pointer is at the main screen.
it gets stuck on the second screen and the only way to get it back is to restart ddterm.

Which GNOME Shell version?
Xorg? Wayland? XWayland?

Weird. I have exactly the same configuration, but I can't reproduce this bug.

@jediaxe If you're still using ddterm - do you still experience this problem?

I have plans to write an xterm.js-based terminal emulator using GNOME Shell's UI (instead of the current implementation with a separate Gtk application). It should solve all window management issues, like this one.

However, it won't happen soon, as it will likely be a separate project, written (almost) from scratch.
