Take focus into account for "toggling" the window #1131

Couldn't you just show if it's not in focus and hide if it's in focus? It would behave the same as the toggle terminal window shortcut, but wouldn't have the side effect of removing it from the alt-tab list when hiding.

Not sure if it should be a separate shortcut, or a checkbox that alters the behavior of existing "toggle" shortcut
