Emit definitions of unused interfaces #60

Currently issued interfaces are not emitted.

In some cases the WSDL uses some base interface but also provide some more specific interfaces.

would need something similar as well, so far I found that in the original wsdl parsing I can find them under definitions.schemas (at least for me)

Is there a way to create a definition from a SimpleTypeElement or a ComplexTypeElement? @dderevjanik
