Bring starnearyou to the fediverse

Background

@starnearyou has been dormant for a long time. I want to revive it on the fediverse.

Resources

• Fetching images from SDO: https://sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/bestpractice.php

• Crediting the images: https://sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/rules.php

  It is requested, however, that any such use properly attributes the source of the images or data as:

  "Courtesy of NASA/SDO and the AIA, EVE, and HMI science teams."

New task:

• Create a script that sets up an abbreviated replica of the last 8-10 hours of files at https://sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov/assets/img/latest/latest_[ resolution ]_[ wavelength ].jpg, stuffs them into a folder, and starts up a little HTTP server.

Rationale:

• I want to be able to play around with the source files without actually hitting the SDO server and getting rate-limited or something
