关于 Tag 系统

Tag 系统其实画饼画了可能有两年了，今天写一点详细的设计方案。

目前我的建议是：直接在 json 里增加一个 tags 字段，内容为字符串数组数组。

["speak:chinese", "gender:female", "active:end"]

(说中文 女 毕业了)

在文件里肯定是可以看见的，如果是vtbs.moe那边需要另外写代码了（
