Initial FAIR assessments of the digital objects in AGR and GTEx portals

KC1 (team Nitrogen) performed an initial FAIR assessment of the datasets, tools and repos of the GTEx portal and the AGR databases and tools using FAIRshake. In this breakout session representatives from KC1 and the data stewards will meet to discuss whether these evaluations are useful, how such assessments can be improved, and how to move forward in demonstrating improved FAIRness and collaboration.
