# Course Overview
This 10-week course will give students a foundation in the principles and practice of delicious food appreciation. There will be a special focus on pizzas and pastries. Lectures will be weekly, and lab sections will occur every two weeks, providing students with the opportunity to apply lecture material and assigned readings with hands-on experiences.
