As a institution/company I want to be able to post new positions to students

Institutions and companies must be able to publish open positions. Open positions are published in the form of posts. In addition to regular posts, it must contain the name of the position, a description, place, and optionally the salary. As with any other post, one must be able to filter this kind of post.
