Support merging prefixed classnames with non prefixed classnames

Hi! It's a quite common use case when building a component library with tailwind v4 to add a prefix to the classnames so it works without any conflicts with the consuming project. Let's say you're building a button component with a prefix tw

// component library
const Button = () => <button className={twMerge(clsx("tw:px-4", className))} />

// consumer
<Button className="px-2" />

// output should be className="px-2"

Currently, only a single prefix is supported which doesn't work nicely with non prefixed classNames.
