ERROR: parse :///id//: missing protocol scheme

Hi!
I'm getting the same issue as ForceCLI/force#144.
I've installed everything and trying to login to my org and get the following error:

Loaded Endpoint: (https://na24.salesforce.com)
Save login was  ok
ERROR: parse :///id//: missing protocol scheme
[Finished in 3.4s]

I'm using Developer Edition and trying to connect from 62-bit Windows pc.

I was getting the same error, I changed my password to only alphanumeric characters and now it works.

Oh, now there is a clue. I can check on the encoding.

Thanks, I was escaping a & in the password as & in the command
