What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

Use this internal notion page to make changes to the install docs.

  • Users now need to install Core and their chosen adapter by usingpip install dbt-core dbt-redshift

Questions:

  • How do you know which adapter version to install with your core version?

## What are you changing in this pull request and why?

Updating adapter and core install content for v1.8. You now need to
explicitly install core and the adapter as they have been decoupled.
