This issue intends to uses a distributed architecture, allowing DBpedia branches join our servers to deploy DBpedia Spotlight locally

Define kubernetes instance configuration
Join the main server
Deploy DBpedia Spotlight Portuguese using node affinity
Prepare a how-to-document
