Describe the bug
The project sample demo video in the README.md file is outdated due to many new UI and UX developments. Please update the README.md file with the latest working demo of Daytona.

Expected behavior
Update the daytona_demo.gif file in assets/images directory.

You are right - this will be solved in one of the upcoming releases along with the merging of the upcoming overhaul
