So the issue i face is when i create a workflow to send emails after an event. The audience doesnt show up and i do mark it as a no show in the booking!
However the workflow doesnt account the status update.
I wont be able to take up the paid calls incase if this happens. because if someone has not paid i would not want to share paid material based on a no show.
If you include a check in your workflow that will check if the person did actually attend the call using the checkin or no show feature then it would make it super useful.
