Unexpected behavior for the BIC score #62

The BIC score:

always decreases with decreasing number_of_clusters
always decreases with increasing beta
always decreases with decreasing window_size
always decreases with increasing lambda_parameter

Is this an expected behavior for any dataset?
If so, how to find the most optimal set of hyperparameters?
