Is there a way to change the language of a document created using officer (e.g., "French (Canada)")?

I'd like a way to programmatically set the language of a Word document (e.g., set it to "French (Canada)" or "English (Canada)"). Is there a way to do this? I'm assuming it can be done with a template, but is there a function in R that could set this as an option?
