Template: add "Deploy" button for Netlify and instructions for Cloudflare #6

In our Flowershow template version for this plugin we have a button that can be used to quickly clone the template and deploy it on Vercel.

Netlify has a similar URL-based flow for quick clone & deploy, so we could add a similar button for it. URL: https://app.netlify.com/start/deploy?repository=https://github.com/datopian/flowershow-template

Since Cloudflare doesn't have a similar feature, we could add simple instructions on how to do this.
