The dsf-tools-documentation-generator should generate alternative headings in the markdown output for ..._SECRET_FILE variables the same as for ..._PASSWORD_FILE variables.

Documentation for the DEV_DSF_SERVER_AUTH_OIDC_AUTHORIZATION_CODE_FLOW environment variable may need to be updated.
