Following a review of accessibility issues with the docs, all errors were resolved but a few alerts remain.

5 Alerts

2 X Redundant link - Removing the link wrapping the sidebar title. It points to the same destination as the first link item in the table of contents.
2 X Tabindex - should be resolved. Could confuse those needing to tab through guidance.
1 X YouTube video - tolerate this, as the linked video meets GDS.
