#3244: Biostructureviewer - Does not maintain opened structure file

Previous behavior of the Biostructureviewer allowed the opening of pdb files, project dashboard could be saved, shared, and the structure would be persisted to other users when they open the dashboard. This was a common way for structural biologist to share ad-hoc structures with chemists. This functionality stopped working around 1.21.4 version. Behavior was confirmed on Public datagrok site running latest version.
