Notify users on long runs?

Since we have the ability for users to choose what cells should run and what cells should be forced to run perhaps another option on the toolbar would be "Notify me when this cell is done executing", is this something that users might want?

I know @HieuNgo was looking to do something with notifications and this might sort of fit into that space if it was thrown onto the Cell Toolbar.
