Multi-tenancy

Currently, the app is one-deployment = one-Meetup. It'd be cool to allow a single Meetup user to join many groups, and pipe announcements to a single instance of the app. A number of other aspects of the app would have to change to make this work, including the URL routes, authentication maybe, a distinction between a Meetup-level admin and an application admin, etc.
