Add content to learner profiles

The Learner Profiles are empty, showing "This is a placeholder file. Please add content here."

I don't know yet what kind of content we should or could add. Suggestions are very welcome.

Maybe "researcher with sensitive data" could be a learner profile? For them I would like to point out how to remove a project from OpenRefine's working directory when they are done. And stress that if you use reconciliation or (API) lookups, data is sent over the network.
